This ISP-embedded VGA-resolution CMOS Image Sensor was developed with the inheritance of ISP-embedded CIF-resolution CMOS Image Sensor which has been developed in Sep,2001 by C.I.Sensor Co., Ltd.

Some critical features of this sensor are the lowest power consumption in the world and its smaller size, in addition, the lensed module with this sensor will be less than 8x8x6mm^3, which means that it has strong competitiveness in the mobile appliance such as cellular phones and personal digital assistants and other handheld devices. With this device, C.I.Sensor will overwhelm the mobile market within several years.
